I'm still waiting for a true VOIP service that works with the Blackberry, I was hoping Vonage would come out with a true VOIP app that would work over WIFI. Altough Vonage does not do this, its hard to deny having a Vonage app in your Blackberry is a great option. Using Vonage you can take advantage of low international calling rates and even use a pay as you go option. The sound quality is really good using Vonage to make calls, just be aware the software dials a local US number to route your calls. Having the Vonage app dial a local number is not all bad since it makes compatible with even the Blackberry phones.

Ebay working with RIM has finally came out with an official Ebay application. Although the current release is still in BETA, overall usability of the software is really good and way better than using your browser. Using this software you have the ability to view, buy and pay for items. You can also do advance search such a limit results to certain distance to save on shipping charges.
I love the fact that everything is in real time, so I can see items as they close and even make last minute bids. I still do some auction snipping by bidding on the last few minutes with this app I can set reminders in my callender to make sure I make those bids.
